Senior Solutions Lead: Signal Monitoring, FieldFox and Direction Finding (ADGS)

The Role

The Aerospace Defense Communication team is seeking a Senior Engineer / Go-To-Market (GTM) / Product Management Lead to spearhead our Signal Monitoring, Direction Finding, and FieldFox programs.

This is a high-impact, global role where you will interface with cross-functional partners in R&D, Sales, and Marketing. This is an ideal opportunity for a technical expert who thrives in the fields of Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), RF/Microwave field testing, and Direction Finding.

• Strategic Leadership: Lead product management and planning for Keysight Spectrum Management Solutions (KSMS), FieldFox, and Direction Finding applications (Hardware and Software).
• Solution Architecture: Act as a lead architect for complex ADGS business opportunities, specifically in spectrum management, SIGINT, ELINT, drone detection, GNSS resilience, and AI/ML-driven waveform classification.
• Business Development: Partner with global sales teams to identify leads, engage with key customers, and architect technical solutions that drive business closure.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with R&D, sales and global marketing teams to ensure product roadmaps align with market demands and mega trends.

Required Experience:

• Industry Tenure: Minimum 20 years of experience in spectrum monitoring, spectrum management, direction finding, Electronic Warfare (EW), public safety communication, GNSS, and satellite communications.
• Regulatory Expertise: 10+ years of experience as a Spectrum Manager within a frequency regulator (e.g., FCC, Industry Canada, or equivalent major agencies).
• Technical Depth: Deep application knowledge of Keysight RF/MW portfolios, FieldFox, and EW solutions.
• Full-Stack Proficiency: Comprehensive experience in spectrum management, from the physical/RF layer through to demodulation and protocol layers.
• Software Design: Practical experience in software architecture and systems design.
• Account Management: Proven track record of managing strategic, large-scale accounts.
• Mobility: Ability and willingness to travel >50% of the time.

Desired Qualifications:

• Location: Currently residing in Canada with the ability to travel to the U.S. East Coast on short notice.
• Clearance: Possession of an active Canadian Government Security Clearance.
