The Solutions Engineer will own the technical relationship with enterprise customers, partnering with Client Executives to design and configure complex storage and cloud solutions. They will lead discovery sessions, manage the full sales cycle, and drive business outcomes through strategic technical advisory.
This is a remote position; however, candidates must be based in the great New York City metro area to effectively support customers and partners across the territory.
Behind every great sales rep is a Solutions Engineer who makes the magic happen. As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will own the technical relationship with customers while partnering closely with your Client Executive to drive business outcomes, winning together across both existing accounts and net-new opportunities. You will design, architect, and configure solutions across complex enterprise environments, manage multiple deals at various stages (from new logos to long-term strategic accounts), and bring the art of what’s possible to every engagement. This role blends deep technical expertise, strong channel collaboration, and a high-energy, team-first culture where we work hard, win together, and actually enjoy doing it.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 197,200 - 255,200 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
