You will support digital native and mid-market customers by integrating security tooling into developer workflows and CI/CD pipelines. Additionally, you will lead technical discovery, manage proof-of-value cycles, and advise on solution design for complex sales cycles.
Join a solutions engineering team supporting digital native and mid-market customers in the application security space. You will bring strong engineering depth to technical sales cycles, helping teams integrate security tooling into developer workflows and build effective application security programs.
Become an expert in the application security platform and integrate it into customer CI/CD pipelines, developer workflows, and security programs.
Lead technical discovery, diagnose customer issues, and advise on solution design.
Own proof-of-value cycles from success criteria through environment configuration and technical validation.
Write or adapt security rules to identify vulnerabilities and demonstrate product capabilities.
Explain technical differentiation to security engineers, DevOps teams, and executives.
Improve demos, automation, and educational content to reduce customer friction.
Partner with account executives on complex sales cycles and help scale team processes and best practices.
Two to five years of pre-sales engineering experience in enterprise SaaS with complex technical products, preferably in security.
Experience selling or supporting technical products in areas such as application security, DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, or developer tooling.
A computer science degree and prior engineering experience, with strong technical fundamentals across different technology stacks.
Understanding of developer workflows and build systems, including CI/CD environments such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, CircleCI, Jenkins, or Buildkite.
Strong communication skills and experience working with security engineers, DevOps teams, and technical leaders.
Base salary range: $147,000 to $175,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Remote within the United States, with up to 20% travel for customer meetings, events, conferences, and company events.
