Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce CPQ Business Systems Analyst (Techno-Functional) to lead solution design and delivery for complex Quote-to-Cash (QTC) transformation initiatives. In this role, you will bridge business strategy and hands-on technical architecture—translating SaaS subscription models, multi-product bundles, and data workflows into scalable Salesforce CPQ configurations and integration specifications. Candidates must have personally configured Salesforce CPQ and must have practical, hands-on experience building AI agents. 

Key Responsibilities

• Quote-to-Cash Solution Design: Map and optimize the end-to-end sales journey, covering account creation/validation, opportunity management, quote generation, contract finalization, and order confirmation.
• Salesforce CPQ Architecture and Configuration: Design and maintain complex bundle structures (components vs. accessories), subscription/term-based pricing models, renewal logic, and Quote Line Editor product/validation rules.
• Account Onboarding, MDM & Routing: Design account creation and approval workflows. Configure territory and user routing based on geography, revenue, and employee headcount.
• Integration & Data Architecture: Partner with engineering teams to define integration specs between Salesforce CPQ, Master Data Management (Informatica MDM), middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi), and downstream invoicing engines. Define the Salesforce and Informatica MDM integration for account validation, enrichment, and deduplication. This includes resolving conflicts between third-party data (ZoomInfo, D&B, SEC) and existing MDM records.
• Data & Technical Validation: Write SOQL queries to analyze data models, troubleshoot configuration edge cases, and validate data migrations/enrichment pipelines.
• AI & Emerging Tech: Assist in evaluating and setting up native AI capabilities (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce, sub-agents) to automate internal workflows and user journeys.
• Agile Story Authoring: Write detailed user stories, process flow diagrams, and acceptance criteria while partnering with offshore development teams to drive sprint execution.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 4+ years dedicated to Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) implementation and business analysis.
• CPQ Expertise: Hands-on mastery of Salesforce CPQ configurations—including complex product rules, pricing waterfalls, price rules, and subscription management.
• Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica MDM.
• Technical Acumen: Ability to write SOQL queries, read APEX data structures, and understand complex object relationships within Salesforce.
• Process Mastery: Deep functional understanding of Quote-to-Cash, SaaS billing models, and contract lifecycle workflows.
• Emerging AI: Exposure to or strong foundational knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce and AI agent configurations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud, or subscription-first technology companies.
