MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

Maximizing solar self consumption, reducing grid independence, and empowering homeowners with clean energy independence is what EP Cube is all about. We work hard to deliver cutting-edge storage solutions to our customers, and we do it with a strong team who cares.  

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales to cover Italy, with a proven ability to sell, a strong personal network, good leadership experience and a passion for delivering customer excellence. If you have the drive to grow a business, close high-impact deals, and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced renewable energy sector—this is your opportunity to lead the charge. 

  • Sell & Lead with dedication - Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. You are expected to generate, manage, and close opportunities independently in addition to leading a small team of excellent Salespeople. 

  • Leverage Your Network - Bring and expand your own strong portfolio of installer and distribution network and relationships to accelerate our market reach and sales velocity. 

  • Champion Customer Excellence - Place the customer at the center of everything. Understand their needs, deliver outstanding service, and build long-term trust and loyalty. 

  • Drive Revenue Growth - Develop and execute strategic sales & business plans to consistently exceed revenue targets. Prioritize high-impact accounts and deliver results. 

  • Position with Authority - Confidently communicate the value proposition of our storage solutions, technically and commercially. Differentiate us clearly from competitors. 

  • Collaborate Internally - Partner closely with internal teams—including marketing, operations, product, and executive leadership to deliver an aligned, best-in-class customer experience. 

  • Represent Eternal Planet - Act as the face of the company at industry events, trade fairs, and customer engagements. Build brand awareness and new business opportunities.

  • Hands-on approach, down-to-earth mentality, and ability to work autonomously under pressure. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels, including executive management in an international environment.
