About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial marketing leader to own both field and partner marketing across Latin America. This is a dual mandate role. You will build and execute the regional marketing strategy from the ground up while owning the partner co marketing motion that drives much of the region's go to market. Working closely with sales leadership, channel partners, hyperscaler teams, and cross functional marketing colleagues, you will drive pipeline growth across Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, and beyond. As the first dedicated full time marketing resource for the region, you will shape what field marketing looks like, building the programs, partner relationships, and institutional knowledge that scale with the business.
What You Will Do
- Own end to end field marketing strategy and execution across LATAM, including owned events, third party sponsorships, customer roundtables, executive programs, and partner summits
- Design and execute the partner co marketing motion with key distributors, resellers, and strategic partners across the region's channel first go to market
- Manage MDF allocation and ROI tracking across the partner ecosystem, with a focus on expanding presence in greenfield markets
- Drive new logo and first order acquisition programs aligned to top account priorities across multiple countries
- Develop, localize, and adapt market specific content and campaigns in partnership with corporate marketing, product marketing, and external agencies
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison between the channel organization, hyperscaler partners, and field sales
- Manage the regional marketing budget with operational rigor, tracking spend, processing purchase orders, and reporting against pipeline targets
- Analyze and report on program impact and ROI for sales leadership and executive audiences, continuously experimenting to improve results
Must Haves:
Your Expertise:
- Proven B2B technology field marketing experience with a track record of building and executing programs that drive measurable pipeline in a multi country or regional role
- Experience owning or supporting partner and channel marketing programs, including MDF management
- Fluent professional communication and writing skills in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese
- Data driven approach to marketing, using performance metrics to measure results, optimize programs, and communicate impact to sales and leadership stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple in person and digital programs simultaneously
- Comfort working in an all remote, asynchronous environment as a self directed manager of one
- Based in Mexico with the ability to travel up to 25 percent across LATAM markets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience marketing developer tools, DevOps, IT operations, or IT security products
- Familiarity with hyperscaler partner ecosystems and co marketing motions
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce
- Experience standing up a marketing function or region from the ground up
