About Digital Delivery at Huge

Quality built in. From day one.

Huge builds digital products and experiences for some of the most recognized brands in the world. On our delivery engagements, we embed directly into a client's engineering workflow, working inside their systems and processes to ship production-ready work that their teams can maintain and build on. We do not hand off and walk away. We build it right the first time. Quality engineering is not an afterthought at Huge. QA is embedded from sprint planning through release, and the work that reaches a client for review has already been tested, vetted, and signed off internally. That discipline is what makes our teams trusted partners rather than execution bandwidth.

The Opportunity

The build is ready. We need someone to own it.

Huge is expanding its delivery capability to support a major eCommerce client across three simultaneous feature tracks: a new product experience, an auto-replenishment subscription flow, and a CMS-driven partner collaboration platform. Designs are approved. The team is staffed. What we need now is a Senior QA Analyst who can keep pace with a fast-moving sprint cadence and hold the quality bar without being asked twice.

This is a delivery-heavy, billable role. You will be embedded in an active sprint team, working directly alongside developers and a QA Lead to test features as they are built, surface issues early, and make sure nothing reaches the client unprepared. We expect you to bring an AI-aware approach to that work, using available tools to test more efficiently, not just more thoroughly. The pace is real, the scope is meaningful, and the team you are joining is built to ship.

What you'll be doing

  • Own Experience Quality Across Active Sprint Tracks

This is the core of the role. You will be testing features and flows as they are built, sprint by sprint, across a multi-track engagement. Execute functional, visual, and cross-device testing on features and components as they are completed within each two-week sprint cycle.Work from defined acceptance criteria to validate behavior against signed-off designs and requirements, catching deviations before they reach client review.Test across all relevant breakpoints and device categories to ensure a consistent, responsive experience throughout the engagement, not just at the end.Maintain a clear, organized defect log, writing bugs that are reproducible, well-described, and actionable for the developers who need to fix them.Build and maintain regression coverage as features mature and integrations come online across tracks.

  • Embed Inside the Sprint and Keep Things Moving

Quality at this cadence requires someone who works with the team, not behind it. Participate in sprint planning so you understand what is being built before the sprint begins, and can flag testability concerns before work kicks off.Provide timely turnaround on test execution so development does not idle waiting for QA sign-off.Raise blockers early and clearly, distinguishing between issues that need to be resolved before the sprint closes and those that can be tracked for the hardening phase.Partner with the QA Lead to triage defects, agree on severity, and make sure the right issues are prioritized in the right sprint.Participate in sprint demos, prepared to speak to what was tested, what passed, and what is still open.

  • Drive Integration and Functional Coverage

Several of the features you test will be wired to eCommerce APIs, subscription logic, and content management systems. Coverage needs to go deeper than surface behavior. Test eCommerce integration touchpoints including product data display, add-to-cart flows, and cross-sell behavior, verifying that the experience correctly reflects underlying system responses.Validate subscription feature states across all defined conditions, including edit, packing, restart, delivered, and error, confirming each state renders correctly and transitions as expected.Test authenticated and unauthenticated user flows, ensuring state-switching behavior is consistent and complete across all relevant entry points.Document and communicate integration-related defects clearly, capturing the expected behavior, the system response, and the actual experience observed.

  • Leverage AI and Automation to Test Smarter

The best QA teams are not just thorough, they are efficient. We expect this role to bring an AI-aware mindset to coverage decisions and daily testing work. Use AI-assisted tools to support test case generation, defect analysis, and coverage gap identification, applying them where they reduce overhead without introducing noise.Contribute to automated test coverage as part of the engagement's testing baseline, with a focus on high-repetition and regression scenarios where automation delivers lasting value.Bring working familiarity with automation concepts into daily practice, enough to evaluate when a manual approach is right and when tooling should take the load.Stay curious about how AI capabilities in testing are evolving and bring relevant ideas to the QA Lead when they apply to the engagement at hand.

  • Prepare for Client UAT and Support Release

The final sprints are about confidence: making sure what ships is ready, and that the client has what they need to sign off. Support cross-component regression testing during the hardening phase, validating end-to-end behavior across all three tracks before UAT begins.Prepare test summary documentation that gives the client a clear picture of what was tested, what passed, and what known issues remain.Provide hands-on support during client UAT, helping triage issues as they are raised and distinguishing new defects from known items already in the backlog.Contribute to release readiness prep, confirming that sign-off criteria are met and that nothing unresolved is blocking deployment.

What we'd like to see

Tested under pressure. Ready to deliver.

  • A track record of QA delivery on digital product or eCommerce engagements, with hands-on experience testing complex, multi-feature experiences across web and mobile.
  • Direct experience working within sprint-based delivery teams, including participation in sprint planning, daily standups, and sprint demos as an active team member.
  • Comfort testing eCommerce functionality: product data, cart interactions, subscription flows, authenticated states, and content rendered from back-end systems.
  • Strong defect reporting discipline: bugs that are reproducible, clearly scoped, well-prioritized, and written so a developer can act on them without a follow-up conversation.
  • Experience with cross-device and cross-browser regression testing, with a systematic approach to coverage that does not rely on ad hoc spot-checking.
  • Familiarity with automated testing concepts and at least working exposure to test automation frameworks, with genuine interest in expanding that capability.
  • An eye for experience quality: the ability to spot when something does not behave or render as intended and describe the issue precisely enough to get it fixed.
  • Experience working inside an established engineering workflow, following existing processes and conventions rather than creating your own from scratch.
  • Comfort communicating in English in a professional setting, particularly in written bug reports, status updates, and async team communication.
  • Practical familiarity with AI-assisted tools in a testing or development context: you have used them, you understand what they are good for, and you are comfortable making them part of your daily workflow rather than treating them as a novelty.
  • A working style that is proactive rather than reactive: you raise concerns before they become blockers, and you ask the clarifying question before testing in the wrong direction.
  • Colombia-based, available to overlap with US Eastern and Central time zones during core working hours.
