This Assistant Estimator role can be primarily remote, offering flexibility to work from anywhere. However, we prefer candidates based in Georgia for the rare occasions when in-person collaboration or office visits are needed. Local availability helps strengthen team connection and ensures smooth coordination when on-site presence is required.

We are seeking to hire an Entry Level Assistant Estimator to join our Sales and Estimating team.


Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Interact and communicate with clients in commercial, government, and industrial sector environments.
  • Administrative Support in Company CRM
  • Learn and Perform Take-offs to assist Estimators
  • Secure all necessary pricing from vendors and partners
  • Help prepare a cost breakdown for materials
  • Organize bid documents. 
  • Participate in the Project Handoff and Project Budget process.

Education And Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required, Associate's Degree in Construction Management, or related discipline is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of prior experience in Construction preferred, Budgeting, or be a recent college graduate looking to get into the Estimating field with a passion for Commercial Construction.
  • Familiar with Computer Takeoff Software (Planswift, Bluebeam, Stack, etc.)
  • ​​​​​​​Ability to effectively organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
