About The Role

We're hiring a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery on client engagements, starting with a contact center technology implementation and expanding into future digital delivery projects over time. This is a general digital delivery PM role rather than a single-platform specialist position, so you'll bring strong project management fundamentals across a variety of initiatives as the engagement grows.

You will own overall project management discipline (scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder communication) across current and future workstreams.

Location

This role is 100% remote for candidates located anywhere in the U.S., with the exception of the Salt Lake City and Kansas City areas. Occasional travel may be required for high priority team meetings or client meetings.

Candidates based in the Salt Lake City or Kansas City metropolitan areas should expect a more hybrid work arrangement, with periodic in person collaboration.



Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project management for this client's engagements, starting with the Five9 implementation and extending to future, potentially unrelated digital initiatives.

  • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and status reporting; run regular cadence meetings with client and internal stakeholders.

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the client on delivery matters, escalating and resolving risks and blockers proactively.

  • Partner with Artur (Five9 subject-matter expert) and other technical leads, translating technical work into clear scope, milestones, and client-facing communication.

  • Manage scope and change control; ensure work stays aligned to statement-of-work commitments and budget.

  • Coordinate cross-functional resources (engineering, QA, business analysts, vendors) to keep delivery on track.  

  • Identify opportunities for follow-on or expanded work within the account and support account growth conversations.

  • Apply standard PM methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid as appropriate) tailored to each project's needs.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience managing digital/technology projects (software implementations, system integrations, digital transformation, or similar) end-to-end.

  • Proven track record managing external client relationships and delivery, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment.

  • Strong command of PM fundamentals: scope/schedule/budget management, risk management, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.

  • Comfortable managing projects that span multiple technology domains rather than a single platform — platform-specific (e.g., Five9/CCaaS) experience is a plus but not required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to run client-facing meetings independently.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and based in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Based in or near Salt Lake City, UT or Kansas City, MO/KS.

  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.

  • Experience in contact center, CX, or telephony platform projects (Five9, Genesys, NICE, etc.).

  • Experience working within a consulting delivery model, supporting multiple concurrent client workstreams.
