Professional Services plays a critical role in helping customers realize the value of their BMC investments through successful implementation, modernization, migration, and transformation programs. Our team partners with customers to deliver measurable business outcomes while ensuring successful adoption of BMC solutions and best practices.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Mainframe and Control-M modernization and Saas migrations projects.
• Act as the primary customer-facing project leader, providing exceptional project governance and stakeholder management at executive, business, and technical levels.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource requirements, communication plans, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure successful project execution by coordinating cross-functional teams across Professional Services, Sales, Customer Success Management, Support, Product Management, Engineering, and customer organizations.
• Drive project governance through regular status reporting, steering committee meetings, risk reviews, executive briefings, and customer workshops.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes while ensuring alignment to business objectives.
• Manage customer expectations regarding project scope, deliverables, timelines, risks, and business outcomes.
• Coordinate deployment readiness, testing, knowledge transfer, and transition-to-support activities to ensure successful project completion.
• Track project financial performance, forecasts, change requests, and resource utilization.
• Drive customer satisfaction and successful realization of business value throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Promote delivery excellence, continuous improvement, and adoption of Professional Services best practices.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with strong customer-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent English and Spanish language skills are required. French language proficiency is a strong plus.
• Proven project management, leadership, consulting, analytical, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing large and complex enterprise accounts while interacting with senior IT and business executives.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders across Professional Services, Sales, Customer Success Management, Support, Product Management, Engineering.
• Proven experience facilitating executive governance meetings, steering committees, workshops, and strategic planning sessions.
• Ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-centric approach to delivery.
• Ability to learn and effectively utilize BMC delivery tools, methodologies, and emerging technologies.
• Experience working within global, geographically distributed, and multicultural teams.

• 8+ years of project or program management experience delivering enterprise software, infrastructure, automation, or modernization projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience leading Mainframe modernization or Control-M SaaS migration programs.
• Experience delivering Professional Services projects within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, or Public Sector organizations.
• Familiarity with BMC's Mainframe and Digital Business Automation portfolios.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience managing projects involving application migration, workload automation transformation, infrastructure modernization, or operational automation programs.
