Senior Project Manager – Class Action & Remediation

This is a remote position.

• Serve as a primary operational point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring project requirements and expectations are clearly understood and met.
  
• Lead complex Remediation and Class Action administration projects from planning through completion, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and according to established quality standards.
  
• Manage project financial performance, including budget and estimate review, monthly revenue forecasting, invoice review, and achievement of established financial objectives.
  
• Provide guidance to other Project Managers regarding project forecasting, budgeting, and invoice accuracy.
  
• Coordinate cross-functional resources, including sales representatives, data analysts, web developers, call center teams, disbursement specialists, claims analysts, and other operational personnel.
  
• Continually monitor project progress, identify potential issues, establish contingency plans, and adjust resources and priorities as necessary.
  
• Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure project assignments and internal requests are completed accurately and within required deadlines.
  
• Develop and maintain effective internal communication strategies that keep project teams and management informed of project status, priorities, risks, and issues.
  
• Manage and resolve difficult or sensitive client situations using sound judgment, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  
• Recruit, train, supervise, coach, and evaluate project staff while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
  
• Develop team members through ongoing coaching, training, and guidance.
  
• Support succession planning and the development of a strong internal talent pipeline.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, workflows, and procedures to increase efficiency, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  
• Partner with business and operational leaders to develop and implement best practices and streamline service delivery.
  
• Use data and analytical methods to identify issues, evaluate performance, solve problems, and support sound business decisions.
  
• Collaborate across Client Services, Sales, and operational teams to maintain high service standards while supporting revenue, efficiency, and profitability goals.
  

Requirements

• Extensive project management and client-facing experience, including responsibility for complex projects, competing priorities, and cross-functional teams.
  
• eDiscovery and significant hands-on experience with Relativity and/or RelativityOne.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant industry experience, preferred.
  
• Juris Doctor (JD), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or similar advanced degree preferred.
  
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI) preferred.
  
• Prior experience in banking or financial services preferred.
  
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, forecasts, timelines, resources, deliverables, and client expectations.
  
• Strong leadership and people-management skills, including experience coaching, developing, and supervising team members.
  
• Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple complex and shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks, evaluate alternatives, and develop contingency plans.
  
• Ability to delegate effectively and ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
  
• Strong technical aptitude and excellent computer skills.
  
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex project information clearly to clients, project teams, and senior stakeholders.
  
• Ability to work effectively with a high degree of independence, judgment, and accountability.
