The Senior Project Manager leads the end-to-end implementation of laboratory automation solutions, acting as the primary liaison between the company and customer stakeholders. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive project plans across the implementation lifecycle, including pre-installation site planning, customer engagement and change management, LIS connectivity, implementation support, and customer training. This role is critical to the success of Advanced Diagnostics' Lab Automation strategy, serving as the primary liaison between Waters and customer stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient implementation of automation solutions at customer sites.
The position is primarily focused on supporting Lab Automation technologies and solution offerings. The Senior Project Manager collaborates closely with Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and the Clinical Professional Services team to develop, coordinate, and deliver implementation plans that meet customer and business objectives. In addition, this individual is responsible for maintaining implementation dashboards, tracking project milestones, identifying risks, and communicating project progress and outcomes to all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
This field-based in British Columbia, Alberta or Ontario position should reside near a major airport to facilitate travel across Canada, mainly western provinces, requires 50% travel. Travel may fluctuate based on project and team needs, including nights and some weekends.
