We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Snr. Projects Coordinator to oversee operational projects, and facilitate internal processes through valuable insights driven recommendations, and to ensure smooth coordination between departments across multiple business functions and regions.
The ideal candidate should be a highly collaborative people person and a team player, having strong experience in operations management, project coordination, process improvement, financial tracking, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication. The role requires someone who can manage daily operational activities while assisting in driving projects forward within timelines and business objectives.
• Oversee and optimize operational projects delivery from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
• Track and effectively report project timelines, deliverables, risks, and operational KPIs.
• Develop and improve operational processes, policies, and workflows.
• Ensure operational efficiency and continuous process optimization.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and status updates for management.
• Collaborate with management on strategic operational planning and execution.
• Support resource planning and task allocation across teams.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose practical solutions.
• Monitor project budgets, operational costs, and resource utilization.
• Ensure alignment between operational execution and business objectives.
• Handle stakeholder communication and maintain strong coordination with internal and external parties.
• Support crisis management and operational escalations when needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and project lifecycle management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience working in regional/multi-country operations is a plus.
