About the Role
The Senior Program Manager, Operations is responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring work is delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget. Working closely with a collaborative, engaged, and results-oriented team, this role will coordinate project activities, manage risks and dependencies, monitor progress, and provide clear reporting to leadership.
The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of delivering complex projects and programs, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive results in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate is highly self-directed, action-oriented, and comfortable navigating changing priorities and evolving requirements. They thrive in remote-first environments, take initiative, and contribute positively to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. We also offer flexibility in daily working hours, provided the candidate can accommodate our core working hours (10:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST) as much as possible.
