Role Summary

We are looking for a senior product manager to accelerate adoption and growth of Sophos Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), a market-leading protection, detection, and response solution for endpoints and servers. In this role, you will own product strategy, technical product development, and go-to-market execution for Sophos EDR. You will turn market signals, customer needs, threat research, telemetry, and business goals into clear product priorities that help customers hunt, investigate, and respond to advanced threats with speed and confidence.

This is a significant opportunity for an AI-native product manager to apply modern product management skills to expand adoption, improve customer outcomes, and strengthen Sophos EDR’s leadership in the market. Success requires a product leader who can work deeply with engineering and research teams while also building the positioning, packaging, launch strategy, and field enablement needed to grow a proven, market-leading EDR solution.

In the United States, the base salary for this role ranges from $162,000 to $270,000. In addition to base salary, we offer additional compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.  A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
