Job DetailsJob Location: Plano, TX 75093Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 Salary/yearJob Category: RMLLCWhy This Role Exists RealManage is rebuilding its technology platform and transforming into a true product-led company. We're standing up a modern product organization from the ground up, and we're hiring talented team members to help lead that build out, not to maintain an existing backlog. You'll take ownership of critical parts of our platform: the financial and accounting workflows that keep communities solvent, the task and communication tools that keep residents, boards, and staff connected, and the billing and revenue systems that keep the business running. You will solve real problems for real users and prove it with evidence rather than assuming it. You'll help establish what great product looks like here, working directly with our Head of Product. What You'll Do Own Outcomes, Not Just Features Take ownership of a domain within our platform and drive it toward measurable and meaningful outcomes, not a list of shipped features. Define a hypothesis, a leading indicator, and a lagging outcome metric for every initiative before committing to build it. Replace assumptions with evidence by talking to users, mining behavioral and operational data, and validating before you scale. Practice Continuous Discovery Run regular conversations with the people who actually use our platform, including community managers, board members, residents, accounting and shared services staff, and field teams. Map opportunities and test assumptions before writing requirements. Treat discovery as a habit, not a phase you complete before the "real work" begins. Collaborate Across a Complex Organization Partner closely with engineering and UX to turn validated opportunities into well-scoped, logically sequenced work. Work directly with shared services and field-based teams who are closest to the accounting, task, and revenue workflows you're building for, all while keeping your roadmap grounded in operational reality. Communicate clearly with stakeholders at every level, from engineers to executives. Build (and Actually Use) an AI-Forward Practice Use contemporary AI tools in your own workflow research synthesis, prototyping, and analysis, and be ready to show and share how best to use them. Evaluate any AI-powered feature in your domain against the same evidence bar as everything else, ensuring it measurably helps the user and the business. Help Build the Product Organization Contribute to the operating model we are building through disciplined process, artifact production, prioritization frameworks, and the standards for what "good" looks like. Bring craft and curiosity to a company that's defining what product management means here and help set the bar for the PMs who join after you.   Disclaimer This description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties. The employee may perform other duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals to perform the essential functions of this position.   Qualifications What You Bring 6+ years of product management experience, ideally with enterprise or B2B platforms that serve multiple, distinct user types (e.g., internal operators, external customers, field staff). A genuine, ongoing practice of continuous discovery, speaking with users regularly, and insisting evidence, not opinion, drive your roadmap. Comfort working with data-intensive products, including financial, operational, or transactional data, and evidence demonstrating how you have used these to make decisions. Real, hands-on experience using contemporary AI tools in your day-to-day product work, not just familiarity with the idea of it. Strong written and verbal communication, with a talent for turning ambiguity into clear priorities for technical and non-technical partners alike. A builder's mindset intent and excited about bringing structure to an environment that's still being shaped. Nice-to-Haves Experience in industries with complex, multi-stakeholder user bases, which may include property management, real estate, financial services, or similar operationally intensive businesses. Exposure to organizations transitioning from project-led to product-led models. Familiarity with product operations, outcome-based roadmapping, and modern prioritization frameworks. Why RealManage?
