Role Overview

This is an opportunity to join a product development organization building next-generation AI-enabled health technology products. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager (IC) with deep analytics expertise and a healthcare background to own the roadmap and development of our structured market analytics products—automated, agent driven analyses of commonly used healthcare datasets that power our client-facing Market Intelligence platform.

You will own these products end to end: identifying the market questions our users need answered, defining the data models and metrics that answer them, and partnering with engineering and analytics teams to build, validate, and ship them. You will set the quality bar—establishing accuracy benchmarks and testing frameworks—so every market intelligence product we release earns the trust of the consultants and clients who depend on it.

This role reports to the Principal Product Manager, Market Intelligence.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Own and drive the roadmap for new structured market analytics products, prioritizing investments based on user needs, market opportunity, and fit with the broader platform.

  • Develop a deep understanding of healthcare markets and the data that describes them—including claims, provider, utilization, and market share data—and how consultants and clients use analytics to answer market questions.

  • Translate ambiguous business questions into well-defined product requirements with clear metric definitions, data specifications, and acceptance criteria.

  • Define and track success metrics for each product, including accuracy, adoption, and usage.

Agentic Analytics Product Development

  • Lead end-to-end development of new standardized market analytics products: data source evaluation, data model and metric design, validation, and release.

  • Partner with data engineers and analysts on schema design, transformation logic, and data quality assurance.

  • Build and own accuracy benchmarks and testing frameworks, including gold-standard test sets that gate each release.

  • Ensure products are designed for consumption by AI agents and downstream applications, not just human analysts.

Execution & Leadership

  • Drive product execution from requirements through delivery, including documentation, backlog management, and release communication.

  • Communicate options and trade-offs to senior leaders to enable fast, well-informed decisions.

  • Gather structured feedback from consultants and clients, and iterate on products based on real-world usage.

  • Serve as the connective tissue across product, data, and consulting teams to ensure analytics products evolve in ways that serve the full portfolio.

Qualifications and Desired Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, analytics, or data product roles, with demonstrated success delivering data-intensive products

  • Deep analytics expertise, including SQL, data modeling, metric definition, and hands-on work with large datasets

  • Healthcare background, with working knowledge of healthcare data (such as claims, provider, and market data) and industry dynamics across providers and payers

  • Experience building and managing data products on cloud data platforms required, with Snowflake strongly preferred

  • Consulting experience preferred, with an understanding of how advisory teams use data and analytics in client work

  • Proven ability to define the right metrics, use data to drive decisions, and deliver measurable outcomes

  • Demonstrated success taking products from concept to pilot to scale in ambiguous, early-stage environments

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a technical or quantitative field a plus

Salary range: $135,000- $201,000 plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs. In addition, Chartis offers several benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, disability insurance, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, wellness stipend, and additional voluntary benefits.

At Chartis, we pride ourselves on having a diverse workforce. We value and celebrate the uniqueness of individuals and the different perspectives they provide. We offer equal opportunity employment regardless of race, color, religion, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability status, age, marital status, or protected veteran status.
