AI Summary

You will own the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Linktree's third-party integrations and partner surfaces. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and partnerships teams to build and optimize integrations that drive creator value and platform growth.

The Role

As Senior Product Manager for Link Apps & Integration, you’ll own the ecosystem that connects Linktree to the rest of the internet — the integrations, embeds and partner surfaces that let 70+ million creators and businesses bring their music, storefronts, videos and communities into a single link.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Link Apps engineering squad, design and our partnerships team to decide which integrations we build, how deeply we build them, and how we turn a catalogue of connections into a platform that compounds. We’ve already partnered with TikTok, Snap, YouTube, Spotify, Stripe and Amazon — your job is to make that ecosystem worth more than the sum of its logos.

Most of all, you’ll help Linktree achieve our mission: to empower anyone to curate and grow their digital universe.

What You’ll Own

  • Own the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Link Apps and third-party integrations.
  • Decide which integrations we build, deepen or sunset — and own the criteria behind those calls.
  • Partner with the Link Apps engineering squad to ship reliable, well-instrumented integrations against third-party APIs and SDKs.
  • Work with Partnerships and Business Development to turn partner relationships into shipped creator value.
  • Define the metrics that matter for the ecosystem — adoption, activation and retention lift per Link App — and hold the team to moving them.
  • Run an experimentation cadence that turns hypotheses about discovery, setup and usage into shipped improvements.
  • Improve the partner and developer experience so each new integration gets faster to build than the last.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and adjacent product teams to align on ecosystem priorities.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 4–5+ years of product management experience, including hands-on ownership of platform, API or third-party integration products.
  • A track record of shipping integrations or partner surfaces that moved meaningful adoption, engagement or revenue metrics.
  • Technical fluency — you reason confidently about APIs, SDKs, auth flows and partner constraints, and you’re credible in conversation with engineers.
  • Strong data fluency — comfortable with funnels, cohort analysis and A/B testing, and able to separate signal from noise.
  • Experience working alongside partnerships or business development teams, balancing partner asks against creator value.
  • You partner effectively with engineering, design, data and marketing, and influence without formal authority.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and use build-measure-learn cycles to ship and iterate.
  • You’re comfortable working across US and AU time zones, remote or hybrid from one of our offices.

Linktree is committed to providing a fair and competitive compensation package including cash, equity, and benefits. The base salary offered for this role is targeted at $180,000 - $210,000 for roles based in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Final offers depend on multiple factors including location, experience, expertise, and role scope, and may vary from the range listed.

P.S. If you don’t tick every box in this listing, please don’t rule yourself out. We take pride in inclusion and hiring incredible human beings with great potential over ticking boxes – so if this role resonates with you, hit that apply button!

Our Story

We’re on a mission to empower anyone to curate, grow, and monetize their digital universe. We created the “link in bio” category — and we’re just getting started. With 48,000 new accounts created every day, Linktree is the fastest-growing leader in our space.

We’ve teamed up with some of the world’s biggest platforms including TikTok, Snap, YouTube, GoFundMe, Spotify, Google, Stripe, Reddit, Laylo, and Kajabi, to unify Linkers’ digital spaces, and we partner with retail brands Amazon, Lululemon, Nike, Target, Sephora, Lululemon, and more to share products they love.

We’re a tight-knit, passionate team building best-in-class tools that make online presence simple, powerful, and yours. If you're excited by the idea of shaping a new category, setting the standard, and making space for everyone to be seen and succeed, we’d love to meet you.

  • An annual wellbeing allowance to use on things like (but not limited to) fitness memberships, development courses, childcare, travel, charitable donations, pet insurance, home office set-up - the choice is yours!
  • 100% coverage (and 80% for your dependents) of your monthly premiums for medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance for US-based employees.
  • Employer contribution towards your retirement.
