Job DetailsJob Location: Remote Chicago Madison - Chicago, IL 60606Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $130,000.00 - $195,000.00 Salary/yearHelp Build the Future of Wealth Management Technology
At Savant, we're investing heavily in the next generation of advisor and client technology experiences through WiseOS, our evolving enterprise platform designed to connect data, workflows, intelligence, and advisor experiences across the firm. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll have the rare opportunity to join a growing Product organization at an exciting stage of its journey, helping shape products from the ground up rather than simply maintaining existing solutions.
This role is ideal for an experienced Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys bringing strategic vision to life, and has successfully partnered across technology and business teams to deliver impactful solutions. We're especially interested in professionals who understand the unique complexities of the wealth management ecosystem and have experience integrating platforms, data, and workflows across the RIA or Wealth Tech landscape.
If you're energized by building meaningful products, influencing technology strategy, collaborating with talented colleagues, and creating exceptional user experiences that make a real impact, we'd love to connect with you.
In this role, you can expect to focus in the following areas:
Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for a key product vertical within Savant's evolving technology ecosystem
Partner closely with engineering, business stakeholders, advisors, operations teams, and executive leadership to transform strategic goals into scalable solutions
Help shape the future of WiseOS through platform development, workflow optimization, and user-centered product design
Lead product discovery efforts, gather stakeholder feedback, and identify opportunities to improve advisor and client experiences
Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements, user stories, and product enhancements
Drive product execution throughout the development lifecycle, including planning, prioritization, testing, release management, and adoption efforts
Collaborate across multiple product areas to ensure an integrated and seamless technology experience
Support platform integrations and API-driven solutions across financial planning, CRM, portfolio management, reporting, and other core WealthTech systems
Leverage emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve operational efficiency and create differentiated user experiences
Influence product strategy while balancing user needs, business priorities, technical considerations, and regulatory requirements
A couple things to note about our Senior Product Manager position:
Location: Must be within drivable distance to one of our Savant offices and reside within a state where we have a Savant office.
Work Model: Fully remote with periodic travel (typically once every 1-2 months) for Product team collaboration, planning sessions, and strategic roadmap discussions. Most travel is planned well in advance and provides valuable opportunities to connect with colleagues and stakeholders across the firm.
Typical Working Hours: Primarily aligned with Eastern or Central Time Zone business hours
This is a highly autonomous role that requires a self-starter mentality and the ability to independently own priorities, stakeholder relationships, and roadmap execution
You'll be joining the Product organization during an exciting period of growth, helping establish product practices, processes, and platform capabilities that will influence Savant's future
You'll work alongside business leaders, engineers, and advisors to help build technology solutions that directly impact both client and advisor experiences
This role offers significant visibility and influence across the organization with opportunities to grow as the Product team expands
