About the role:

Own the product roadmap and product judgment for our enterprise RAG platform for private knowledge search, grounded answers, agent workflows, and automation. You will shape and execute the Product vision, sit between engineering, sales/GTM, and the CEO to align all sides, keep track of what is happening, and give the organization visibility well beyond the next 1–2 weeks.

This is a hands-on senior IC role for a product leader who is genuinely fluent in agent workflows, can connect different sources of information into one coherent product direction, and knows the difference between owning the product and managing engineering’s own sprint process — which the engineering team already runs itself.

What you will do:

• Define the AI-driven product vision and long-term direction for Sophea Nous, our enterprise RAG platform.

• Own and continuously refine the product roadmap, balancing user-facing features with foundational AI investments.

• Analyze market trends, customer workflows, and the competitive AI landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation.

• Identify and validate high-impact enterprise use cases where AI can deliver a 10x improvement.

• Drive a rigorous product discovery and validation process, incorporating user feedback and data to inform product decisions.

• Lead the strategy and execution of integrations with key enterprise productivity and management platforms.

• Align and inspire our Engineering, AI, Design, and GTM teams with a clear and compelling product narrative.

• Establish and monitor the key metrics that define success for an AI-powered product, from user engagement to the quality of AI-generated outputs.

What you will need:

• 5–8+ years in Product Management, including 3+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS.

• Genuine fluency with agent workflows and RAG-based systems — able to reason about retrieval, grounding, and reliability, not just describe them.

• Evidence of owning a product area end-to-end, not only managing a backlog.

• Direct enterprise customer discovery experience.

• Strong written communication and the ability to write specs engineering can act on.

• Comfort operating in a small, technical, engineering-driven team.
