Role Overview
- This isn’t a “set up campaigns and hope for the best” kind of role.
- As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you’re the engine behind real, measurable growth. You don’t just run ads — you build systems that turn spend into pipeline. You see beyond clicks and impressions and focus on what actually moves the needle: qualified leads and conversions.
- You’ll own the full funnel, shape the creative strategy (especially video), and make data-backed decisions that continuously improve performance. If you enjoy being in the driver’s seat — testing, optimizing, and scaling what works — this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch, manage, and optimize full-funnel campaigns (ToFu to BoFu).
- Own campaign performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Set up and validate tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4.
- Monitor and improve CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Execute structured A/B testing with clear hypotheses.
- Identify landing page issues and recommend CRO improvements.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Multimedia Designer on ad creatives.
- Create briefs, scripts, and directions for paid media assets.
- Maintain accurate reporting, tracking, and documentation.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
- 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns.
- Proven experience owning campaign performance and results.
- Strong background in lead generation campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with GA4, GTM, and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working closely with designers or creative teams.
- Experience contributing to video ad concepts and direction.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO strategies.
