Senior Payment Operation Specialist

Develop and launch own Casino Games, as well as operate own CRM, CS and Back-office platforms.

• Oversee payment processing operations within the assigned market;

• Ensure the smooth performance and availability of payment methods;

• Identify, investigate, and escalate payment-related issues to relevant providers and internal teams;

• Coordinate with customer support, marketing, and other stakeholders on payment processing requests and inquiries.

Experience you’ll need to bring:

• 3+ years as a billing/payments manager/specialist or similar role in online payments;

• Confident in dealing with numbers and processing of financial/transactional information;

• Advanced Excel and other MS Office software user;

• Good understanding of online payments technical integrations, funnels, flows;

• Experience in written and oral communication with foreign customers or partners;

• Good understanding of payment and transactional systems and services.
