  • Provide functional support for client enhancements and continuous-improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, reduce recurring incidents, and automate manual activities.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex payroll issues and provide recommendations to clients and internal delivery teams.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with payroll, HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
  • Be comfortable providing hands-on support for live payroll processing, rather than serving solely in an advisory capacity.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Oracle HCM experience, including strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Payroll processing and configuration.

  • Experience troubleshooting complex payroll processing issues.
  • Experience performing payroll reconciliation and payroll variance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of integrations between Payroll and Core HR, Time and Labor, Benefits, Finance/General Ledger, banking, and third-party systems.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll quarterly updates and regression testing.
  • Experience supporting multiple clients or business units is highly desirable.
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple client issues, and meet strict payroll deadlines.
