Mission:

 

To become an absolute expert in the EV and Battery offers from Schneider and EStar to fully support all V1's in the Zone. You will manage the Prosumer EcoXpert program to gain additional business through our network of chosen partners.

 

Responsibilities:

 

    • Support the V1 community to sell EV chargers, Pro Boost batteries along with the full range of services and digital offers available.
    • Really understand the customer requirements and then help specify the combination of offers to best satisfy their needs.
    • Most of the V1 population works outside of Power Systems, so building connections with those teams will be critical to the success of this role.
    • It is incumbent on the job holder to learn as much as possible about what Schneider has to offer and also the technology needed to best serve the customers.
    • This role will be the face of Schneider to many customers, so having Schneider's code of conduct and ethics embedded is critical. There are no shortcuts on this.
    • There will be times when working outside of normal office hours will be required in order to build deeper relationships with as many people as possible within the customers’ organisation.
    • The infrastructure team is small—only 10 people—so it is essential we cover for each other in times of need, as this will be reciprocated in due course. 

 

Skills & Experience:

 

    • Proven experience in sales, ideally within a comparable technical or industrial environment.
    • Solid knowledge of prosumer solutions as well as service and digital offerings.
    • Ability to translate customer needs into value-driven solutions.
    • Strong networking and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams.
    • High level of accountability, collaboration, and customer orientation.

For this UK based position, the expected pay range is GBP 65,600 - GBP 98,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United Kingdom. Our pay ranges are determined by the local market.
