The Senior Non-Ferrous Buyer is responsible for sourcing and procuring non-ferrous scrap metals while developing supplier relationships and monitoring commodity market conditions. They must negotiate purchase terms and analyze market data to maximize profitability and ensure a consistent flow of quality material.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Non-Ferrous Buyer to join our commercial team and lead the sourcing and procurement of non-ferrous scrap metals. This role is ideal for a commercially minded buyer who understands the non-ferrous scrap market, knows how to evaluate material and recovery yields, and can make sound purchasing decisions in a highly competitive, price-sensitive environment. The Senior Non-Ferrous Buyer will be responsible for developing and expanding supplier relationships, negotiating purchases, monitoring commodity markets, and ensuring a consistent flow of quality material while protecting company margins. This is a highly relationship-driven and market-focused position requiring strong knowledge of aluminum, copper, brass, stainless steel, and specialty/high-temperature alloys, as well as the ability to respond quickly to changing market conditions. This position can be worked either remotely or at our US HQ in Camden, NJ. The pay for this position is $140 – 160k/yr.
