Our internal Meta team spends from multi 6 figure up to 7 figure monthly spends and is on pace to consistently spend 7 figures every month.

We have big and amazing internal creative team who’s able to produce a from statics, UGC ads to mini VSLs on a weekly basis and cashflow capabilities spend more than we do now,

BUT…

We are facing bottlenecks in closing the loops between creative and CRO teams with constructive feedback based on results in ads manager, which will massively speed up growth process and improve overall performance as our account requires full focus and has a lot of data coming in through new creative tests as well as new product or landing page tests.

In order to achieve this, we are looking for an absolute beast of a media buyer who has dream to one day become a leader in our company and lead his/her own media buying team.

• Fully involved with creative and CRO team

• Actively researching and reading marketing / media buying posts on X & Linkedin

Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring and reporting performance across all of our offers

• Daily cooperation with your direct META mentor

• Testing new strategies / campaign types to improve efficiency

• Hitting our spend and ROAS targets based on our forecasting sheet

• Joining marketing / media buying communities to keep learning

• Being in close contact with our junior media buyer who’ll assist you with any launches you need

Requirements:

• 3+ Years of senior experience in META media buying (other channels are big advantage)

• Experience managing 100k+ /Day budgets

• Work 6 days/week

• Work 10 hours/Day

• Reading 2 books/month alongside our entire team

• Fluent English

• Fast internet

• Work in EST Timezone

• $4000 retainer + ad spend % based on ROAS

• Ability to make $10,000+ per month
