The work

You'll run Meta Ads and the GoHighLevel system behind it for an Australian marketing agency that generates leads for service businesses — trades, home services and professional services that need the phone to ring.

Their system is the product: landing page funnels, CRM pipelines, missed-call text-back, nurture sequences, review requests, lead follow-up and conversion tracking, installed and managed for each client. They're growing the delivery team behind it, and this role owns a set of accounts end to end — the campaigns, the funnels, the automations and the tracking that ties them together.

You'll be briefed and supported by the agency's Australia-based campaign manager, and the day-to-day optimisation calls on your accounts are yours to make.

What you'll do

• Build and manage GoHighLevel systems end to end — landing page funnels, pipelines, automations, missed-call text-back, nurture sequences, review requests and CRM
• Launch, manage and optimise Meta Ads lead-generation campaigns
• Set up and maintain tracking — Conversions API, pixels, conversion events and attribution
• Create and test ad creative, copy, audiences, offers and landing pages to bring down lead costs and lift lead quality
• Work to funnel economics — cost per lead, lead quality, booked appointments and jobs, and cost per acquisition — rather than clicks and impressions
• Make optimisation decisions on your accounts without waiting to be walked through every step
• Report in plain English on a set cadence, and flag problems, opportunities and ideas before anyone asks

Requirements

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of hands-on paid media experience managing Meta Ads for lead-generation businesses
• Strong practical GoHighLevel experience — you build and troubleshoot workflows, pipelines, funnels, automations and CRM systems yourself, rather than importing snapshots
• Experience working with service-based businesses
• A working understanding of lead-generation economics — cost per lead, lead quality, appointment rates and customer acquisition cost
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting Conversions API and conversion events through GoHighLevel
• Comfort reviewing campaign data and making optimisation decisions independently
• A real portfolio showing specific clients, campaigns, spend levels, measurable results and GoHighLevel funnels
• Strong written and spoken English, and confidence on video calls with clients and team members
• Reliable internet and availability Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Philippine time

• An eye for design, and the ability to write landing page copy that converts

• Agency experience across multiple client accounts
• AI agents and automation, Canva, reporting dashboards, or familiarity with trades and home-services quoting
