We are looking for a Senior Marketing Leader with a strong background in Partner Marketing, B2B Technology Marketing, and Go-to-Market Strategy to help drive partner growth, marketing effectiveness, and business impact across a global technology ecosystem.

This is a fully remote opportunity for a strategic and results-driven marketing professional who enjoys working at the intersection of marketing, business development, partner engagement, and growth.

What You'll Do

• Act as a trusted advisor to technology partners, helping them strengthen their marketing capabilities and business performance.
  
• Develop and execute partner-focused marketing strategies that drive demand generation and pipeline growth.
  
• Assess partner marketing effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Support the design and implementation of go-to-market initiatives and growth programs.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable marketing solutions and enablement initiatives.
  
• Analyze marketing performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  
• Help partners maximize the impact of available programs, resources, campaigns, and best practices.
  
• Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders and contribute to long-term business success.
  
• Stay current on industry trends, digital marketing practices, and emerging technologies.
  

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  
• 8+ years of professional experience.
  
• 7+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, B2B Marketing, Technology Marketing, GTM Strategy, or related areas.
  
• Proven experience developing and executing demand generation and growth marketing initiatives.
  
• Experience working with technology partners, channel organizations, OEMs, hardware, software, SaaS, or related industries.
  
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign strategy, market analysis, and customer engagement.
  
• Experience using CRM platforms and marketing analytics tools.
  
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
  
• Advanced English proficiency.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting partner ecosystems or channel programs.
  
• Experience working with large technology vendors, distributors, OEMs, or device manufacturers.
  
• Knowledge of partner enablement, marketing readiness, or capability development programs.
  
• Experience designing marketing toolkits, training programs, or best-practice frameworks.
  
• Background in cloud, software, hardware, AI, or emerging technologies.
  
• Master's degree or postgraduate studies in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
