The Marketing Specialist will contribute to product marketing initiatives including content development, campaign execution, and product releases. They will also support marketing operations, manage creative deliverables, and conduct research to inform messaging and audience strategy.
What You’ll Do
Contribute to campaign and product marketing execution, including email, organic social, feature communications, demo libraries and other team initiatives.
Develop marketing content for Endpoint and Jot, including blog posts, user stories, social media, help center articles, emails and other materials.
Create briefs and coordinate marketing deliverables for one-sheets, L&D materials, emails and other creative assets.
Research products, industry topics and audience needs to inform messaging, talking points and marketing materials.
Help manage marketing operations and evolving team needs, including the design request portal, user lists and CRM updates, swag programs, and other delegated projects.
Take on increasingly complex projects and greater ownership as you build knowledge of our products, audiences and marketing approach.
What You’ll Bring
A bachelor’s degree
2+ years of marketing experience
Ability to quickly learn new topics and apply that knowledge effectively
Strong creative copywriting experience
Experience supporting email campaigns and social media content development
Superb project management skills and attention to detail
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
