We're partnering with our client, a creative-driven company, to find a talented Senior Marketing Designer. This role is based remotely out of the region and is offered as a temporary position. There is no application deadline for this role. *Senior Marketing Designer Responsibilities:* * Develop compelling visual assets for marketing initiatives across print, digital, social media, email, video, and presentation formats. * Collaborate closely with creative directors, marketing teams, writers, and project managers to transform strategic objectives into visually engaging designs. * Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative ideas from initial sketches to polished final outputs. * Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within a fast-paced setting. * Uphold and evolve brand standards, maintaining visual consistency across all channels and materials. *Senior Marketing Designer Qualifications:* * 5-7 years of experience working within in-house marketing teams or at creative agencies. * A strong portfolio showcasing modern design skills including editorial, print, static and animated paid media, and integrated campaigns. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications and project management tools such as Asana. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively. * Bachelor's degree in Design or related field. * Strong attention to detail, with outstanding typography and layout skills. * Creative energy, adaptability, and a systems mindset for building and applying design systems across diverse media. * Effective communicator with a collaborative approach to feedback and team contributions. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
