You will own the marketing analytics infrastructure, including building attribution models, CRM measurement frameworks, and marketing mix models. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth, prioritize product initiatives, and automate workflows using LLMs.
We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to own the intersection of CRM analytics and growth data across Muse Group's product ecosystem.
This is a role for someone who thinks in models, not just dashboards — someone who can build Marketing Mix Models, architect social analytics pipelines, and bring statistical rigour to complex questions. You will be a part of the Marketing Team and will partner closely with other relevant teams and stakeholders including CRM, Product and Content teams.

Key responsibilities
Deep dive into marketing data, build attribution models, research new markets
Build CRM measurement framework from scratch across multiple audiences (B2B/B2C) and CRM-tools
Build marketing mix models for offline and online events revenue imact estimation
Build social analytics from scratch, build models for targets for social posts
Perform comprehensive data analysis and develop insightful dashboards summarizing data for marketing team
Help Marketing team to find growth points
Develop tools and analyses to aid decision-making regarding product initiative prioritization
Collaborate with the backlog, prioritizing hypotheses based on predicted impact
Actively participate in project work by helping to formulate hypotheses and detailing logic and events to provide insights and new knowledge
Work closely with team members to implement and launch experiments successfully
Foster collaboration with engineers, product managers, and partners to address user-centric data problems effectively
Share knowledge and promote standard methodologies, fostering team improvement through mentorship and constructive accountability
Leverage LLMs to automate and optimize key processes, reports and marketing decision making
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Analyst
Understanding of marketing-specific data and tools: attribution, metrics/KPIs, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, HubSpot
Experience in building complex marketing analytic frameworks for multiple products, channels, audiences (B2B/B2C) and goals
Experience in Social Media, Brand, CRM and Digital Marketing analytics
Experience in building MMMs and Attribution models
Proficiency in SQL (any dialect), with familiarity with Clickhouse being advantageous
Proficiency in Python/R, including basic statistical, data engineering, and visualization libraries (or experience with other programming languages)
Proficiency in LLMs like Claude or Perplexity, including experience with building AI agents
Strong grasp of math, probability theory, and mathematical statistics, including practical experience conducting A/B tests and hypothesis testing
Experience with BI tools and ETL tools (e.g., Airflow)
Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating and maintaining relationships with both business and technical teams
Product-oriented mindset with strong task-setting, planning, hypothesis generation, and project management abilities
Fluent in written and spoken English (B2 level or higher)
