The Senior Manager will own the measurement, forecasting, and instrumentation of the subscription business, including funnel and engagement analytics. They will partner with Product and Engineering teams to define event tracking strategies and translate behavioral signals into actionable churn-risk models.

iFIT’s vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.

We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Senior Manager, Subscription Analytics remotely in the US.

iFIT is a global fitness technology company that connects members to world-class trainers, immersive content, and smart equipment. The Senior Manager, Subscription Analytics is a key analytical partner within the Subscriptions organization, owning the metrics, models, and instrumentation that explain the health of iFIT’s subscription business and the in-app behavior that drives it. This role defines and governs the app event tracking strategy, builds funnel, engagement, and cohort analyses across the member journey, and connects product behavior to subscription, churn, and revenue outcomes. If you are a data-driven analytical leader who thrives on translating complex behavioral signals into strategic decisions, we want to hear from you.

ROLE COMMITMENTS

  • Own the measurement and forecast of app-only subscriber balance against annual subscriber and revenue targets, including funnel analytics from install and trial start through paid conversion and renewal.
  • Drive ARPU improvement by making monetization data self-serve across payment opportunities, refunds, onboarding flows, and saves.
  • Establish the engagement and retention foundation: cohort and lifecycle analyses, the leading indicators of retention and churn, and churn-propensity models.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the app analytics framework, including event taxonomy, tracking plans, and instrumentation standards, partnering with Product and Engineering to ensure data is accurate, complete, and consistent across iOS, Android, web, and connected equipment.
  • Build and maintain funnel analytics from install and trial start through paid conversion, activation, and renewal, identifying drop-off points and sizing the opportunity.
  • Analyze user engagement and behavior including feature adoption, engagement frequency, and content consumption, and identify the leading indicators of retention and churn.
  • Develop cohort, retention, and lifecycle analyses, and translate behavioral signals into churn-risk and propensity models that CRM can act on.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments with Product and Growth teams, defining success metrics, sample sizing, and readouts.
  • Monitor subscription, churn, and revenue performance against forecast, and maintain forecasting and retention models.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting that give Product, Finance, and CRM a shared view of subscriber health.
