Are you a master translator who can take complex, deeply technical product blueprints and turn them into high-converting, value-driven GTM narratives? Do you love the science of learning but hate the slow, traditional bottlenecks of old-school L&D?
We are looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Enablement to bridge the gap between our Product engine and our commercial teams (primarily Sales & Customer Success). As a team of one, you won't just be managing a process; you will be architecting a scalable, AI-augmented enablement engine. You will partner closely with Product, Solution Consulting, and Product Marketing to ensure our GTM teams deeply understand our new products, technical capabilities, and real-world use cases.
A sharp understanding of the priorities, KPIs, and pain points of Marketing Leaders (knowing what makes them tick helps you align our product value proposition to executive buyers).
What Success Looks Like in 60 Days: You have mapped out our upcoming product roadmap, and our past launches, established a seamless intake process with the Product and Solution Consulting teams, and deployed your first AI-assisted enablement sprint to the Sales and CS orgs.
The base salary range for this role is $105,000.00 to $120,000.00 Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
