Senior Manager - Program & Operations Lead

About You

• Experienced in PMO, program management, or business operations within a fast-paced, global organization.
• Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio management, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities across regions.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving processes, driving operational excellence, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments and using project management and reporting tools to support decision-making.
