Position Overview

iRESTORE is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Social to lead strategy, execution, and performance planning for our Body and Skin Product Categories across paid social and search, including Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms. We’re looking for a highly analytical, hands-on operator with deep DTC experience, strong creative instincts, and a deep understanding of how social content and platform strategy intersect to drive business results. The right candidate is proactive, collaborative, and comfortable turning insights into action. This is a hands-on, in-platform role for someone who brings deep channel expertise, knows how to optimize toward performance goals, and has led creative testing and data-driven planning across social ecosystems.This role reports to the VP of Growth Marketing and partners closely with our Senior Performance Creative Manager, internal creative teams, and external agency partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Own paid media strategy, execution, and performance planning for iRESTORE’s Body and Skin product categories across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage budget pacing and optimize campaigns against revenue, ROAS, CAC, traffic, CPC, and conversion rates to achieve performance goals.
  • Build and execute a testing roadmap across audiences, bidding strategies, campaign structures, creative, landing pages, and new in-platform opportunities.
  • Translate performance insights into clear creative priorities, partnering with our Senior Performance Creative Manager, internal creative teams, and external agency partners on net new concepts and iterations of current ad creatives.
  • Identify opportunities to unlock scale across the customer journey, including ad creative, campaign tactics, and post-click experiences.
  • Develop weekly and monthly forecasts, surface risks and opportunities, and recommend budget or resource shifts to the VP of Growth Marketing.
  • Measure and communicate performance using platform dashboards, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, landing-page tools, and attribution platforms.
  • Build reporting and automation systems that improve operational efficiency and enable faster, more informed decisions.
  • Share learnings across Growth, Creative, and Digital Product, while staying current on platform updates, attribution, programmatic media buying, and emerging acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of DTC digital marketing experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience across paid social and paid search.
  • Proven experience managing more than $10 million in annual media spend and scaling acquisition while maintaining performance.
  • Deep platform-level expertise in Meta Ads, with the ability to build, launch, analyze, and optimize campaigns directly. Experience with TikTok, Google, and YouTube Ads is also required.
  • Strong understanding of attribution modeling and revenue reporting, with the ability to connect media investment to customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue.
  • Experience leading creative testing and translating performance insights into clear, actionable priorities for creative teams and agency partners.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations and business decisions.
  • Highly analytical, organized, and proactive, with the ability to make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • An AI-forward working style, with practical experience applying AI to targeting, copy, analysis, testing, and automation.
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and the evolving role of answer engine optimization.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel or Google Sheets. Experience with Triple Whale, Northbeam, Google Data Studio, or Supermetrics is a plus.
