Senior Manager, Integrations Delivery

It is Indeed’s strategy to deliver enterprise customers with data integrations that speed and simplify the delivery of Indeed’s recruiting solutions. 

You will manage the rollout and adoption of Indeed’s APIs that enable the automated delivery of all Indeed solutions for our partners and enterprise customers. 

As the Sr. Manager of Integrations Delivery, you will be the go-to resource for building our integration strategy so that there is a clear vision for how and when key integrations will be built and available for use with our internal teams and external partners and clients.

Who you are

• Own the integration strategy, prioritization, pipeline, and deployment of Indeed APIs and integrations with application partners, setting expectations and determining the scope, timing, and delivery of integration and implementation work.
• Evaluate integration opportunities with partners and advise on scope, technical architecture, security and privacy requirements, data elements, technical hurdles, and development requirements and specifications needed to deliver future integrations.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to internal and external teams on Indeed APIs and integration solutions, providing technical guidance to Sales, Customer Success, and integration partners from initial discovery through technical architecture, build, testing, and go-live to ensure fast and high-quality data delivery.
• Own resolution of high-severity partner and internal escalations, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to drive timely decisions, remove blockers, resolve issues, and improve long-term outcomes.
• Define, monitor, and communicate team performance against operational KPIs and SLAs; implement and refine processes to improve the coordination, effectiveness, and scalability of integration rollouts and customer service.
• Lead and develop the integration team and other people managers, ensuring timely responses and quality service to clients seeking integrations, while driving operational alignment across integration launches, escalations, roadmap tradeoffs, and scaled delivery.
• Communicate team initiatives and achievements across Indeed; identify and champion enhancement, improvement, defect, and new business opportunities based on day-to-day interactions with clients and internal teams, and communicate opportunities to development teams to improve the integration experience.

Who we are

• Requires a minimum of 14 years of related experience; or a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience.
• Experience with large-scale integrations and APIs, including experience with HR Technology vendors and technology platforms.
• Experience managing teams and organizations to define and deliver client solutions using APIs and integrations, including experience managing and developing people managers.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional escalations and driving resolution across technical and business teams, with excellent written, verbal, phone, customer service, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Experience using KPI-driven operating rhythms to manage support, implementation, or integration teams at scale, with the ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
• Understanding of how software is built, including dependencies and implications of functionality and cost trade-offs; familiarity with JavaScript, JSON, GraphQL, REST APIs, XML, SQL, IQL, HTML, CSS, URLs, URL parameters, and web-based user interfaces.
• Big-picture, team-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, pursue self-development, drive results, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations, demos, and impromptu discussions.

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, and experience. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. Compensation may also vary based on where a role is performed, as work locations are grouped into geographic pay tiers to reflect cost of labor differences in different geographic markets. Tier 2 - Ireland 105,000 - 157,000 EUR per year
