  • Partner with the ACDs, writers, account, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
  • Lead projects from concept through final production, ensuring exceptional craft, consistency, and attention to detail at every stage.
  • Develop creative concepts, visual systems, layouts, and design approaches that strengthen the Resource Innovations brand while meeting project goals.
  • Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the Resource Innovations brand, design systems, templates, and creative standards.
  • Present design concepts and articulate creative rationale to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining design integrity.
  • Balance multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Produce production-ready files for both digital and print deliverables, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the execution process.
  • Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, templates, and design processes that increase team efficiency and consistency.
  • Stay current on emerging design trends, technologies, and AI-assisted creative tools, thoughtfully incorporating new approaches where they add value.
  • Mentor junior designers through feedback, design critiques, and collaborative problem-solving when opportunities arise.

Requirements
