CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a Senior Manager, Contracting to serve as a key commercial partner to Sales, Finance, and Operations, enabling deal velocity while protecting CuraLinc’s economics and risk profile.
This role sits at the center of the deal desk, owning contract review and negotiation for client agreements and ensuring alignment with pricing, billing, and revenue recognition. You will help the business close deals efficiently without compromising on key terms. You will also support the evolution of CuraLinc’s contracting capabilities, including improving standardization and strengthening the quote-to-cash process (Zoho CRM through contracting and billing).

Primary Responsibilities
Commercial Contracting & Deal Enablement
- Review, Redline, and Negotiate Client Agreements (MSAs, SOWs, Amendments)
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Deal Desk to Structure Contracts that Reflect Pricing, Margin Targets, and Operational Realities
- Balance Deal Velocity with Risk Management, Ensuring Appropriate Protections on Liability, SLAs, and Performance Guarantees
- Serve as a Trusted Advisor to Sales on How to Navigate Complex Deal Terms
Deal Desk Partnership & Pricing Alignment
- Ensure Contract Terms Accurately Reflect Pricing Structures (PEPM, FFS, Case Rates, PGs) and Do Not Create Margin Leakage or RevRec Issues
- Collaborate with FP&A and Pricing to Align Commercial Strategy with Contract Execution
- Support Approvals and Escalation of Non-Standard Deal Terms
Contract Standardization & Policy
- Maintain and Evolve Standard Contract Templates Across Client Agreements
- Define Fallback Positions and Acceptable Deviations from Standard Terms
- Drive Consistency Across Contracts to Reduce Complexity and Improve Scalability
Quote-to-Cash Process Integration
- Partner with Sales Ops, Finance, and Systems to Improve Flow from Zoho CRM → Contracting → Billing
- Ensure Deal Structures can be Translated Cleanly into Contract Templates and Downstream Systems
- Reduce Manual Rework, Errors, and Delays in Invoicing and Revenue Recognition
Vendor, Provider & Broker Contracting Support
- Support Review and Structuring of Vendor, Provider, and Broker Agreements as Needed
- Ensure Terms Align with Cost Structure, Utilization Strategy, and Operational Scalability
External Counsel Management
- Manage Outside Counsel for Complex Legal Matters
- Optimize Use of External Resources to Balance Cost, Speed, and Risk
- Translate Legal Advice into Practical Business Decisions
Process Improvement & Capability Building
- Identify Opportunities to Improve Contracting Workflows, Tools, and Coordination Across Teams
- Contribute to the Long-Term Roadmap for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), without Being the Primary System Owner Initially
- Support Integration of Contracts and Standard Terms in M&A Scenarios
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 7–12+ Years of Experience in Commercial Contracting, Deal Desk, Legal Operations, or Related Roles
- Strong Experience Reviewing and Negotiating Client Contracts in a Services, Healthcare, or SaaS Environment (SMB to Enterprise Expected, and Broker/Partnership Agreements a Plus)
- Demonstrated Ability to Support High-Velocity Sales Organizations While Maintaining Contract Discipline
- Practical Understanding of Key Commercial Terms (Pricing Structures, Liability, Indemnity, SLAs, Termination Rights)
- Experience Working Cross-Functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations
- Familiarity with CRM and Contracting Workflows (Zoho, Salesforce, CLM Tools, or Similar)
- Experience Working with Outside Counsel and Managing Legal Spend Effectively
- Strong Judgment in Balancing Risk, Speed, and Business Outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare Services, Behavioral Health, or PEPM-Style Recurring Revenue Models
- Exposure to Quote-to-Cash Processes and Billing/Revenue Implications
- Experience in a PE-Backed or High-Growth Environment
