We are currently looking for a Senior LMS Implementation Consultant , to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end LMS implementation, configuration, migration, integration, and optimization projects for higher education and enterprise clients.
- Serve as a senior subject matter expert and trusted consultant, working directly with clients to understand their business, academic, technical, and learning requirements.
- Design and implement LMS solutions aligned with client objectives, technical requirements, and industry best practices.
- Configure and customize LMS environments, including courses, users, roles, permissions, workflows, assessments, reporting, and system settings.
- Work extensively with D2L Brightspace, Canvas, Blackboard, Open LMS, and Moodle to implement, configure, migrate, and optimize LMS environments.
- Lead LMS migrations, upgrades, integrations, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Design and support integrations with third-party systems and educational technologies, including SSO, LTI, APIs, SIS integrations, and other enterprise systems.
- Lead discovery sessions, requirements gathering, solution design, technical discussions, and implementation planning with clients and stakeholders.
- Lead testing, troubleshooting, quality assurance, issue resolution, and go-live activities to ensure successful implementations.
- Develop implementation plans, technical documentation, configuration guides, training materials, and other project documentation.
- Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to LMS administrators, instructors, clients, and internal team members.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, technical teams, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to requirements.
- Identify opportunities for LMS optimization, automation, process improvement, and adoption.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions, representing Talentus Global as a senior LMS and EdTech consultant.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in LMS implementation, administration, consulting, or related roles.
- 5+ years of strong experience with LMS platforms, with demonstrated expertise in D2L Brightspace, Canvas, Blackboard, Open LMS, and Moodle.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end LMS implementations, migrations, configurations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Strong expertise in LMS architecture, administration, user management, permissions, course structures, assessments, reporting, workflows, and system configuration.
- Demonstrated experience with LTI, SSO, APIs, SIS integrations, and third-party educational technology integrations.
- Proven ability to lead client discovery sessions, gather requirements, define solutions, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Strong experience troubleshooting complex LMS technical and functional issues and leading resolution through implementation and post-go-live stages.
- Demonstrable experience creating technical documentation, implementation plans, configuration specifications, training materials, and process documentation.
- Strong project ownership and ability to independently manage multiple implementations, priorities, and deadlines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
- Experience working with higher education institutions, universities, corporate learning environments, EdTech companies, or educational technology projects is highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment.
- Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
- Must have experience working for US clients
