We're seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer, Live & Blended Learning to support our client's innovative team. This remote opportunity is a temporary role based out of any region, focusing on enhancing virtual onboarding and leader development experiences. Join us to help craft engaging, digital learning solutions and facilitate impactful live sessions. There is no application deadline for this role. *Senior Learning Experience Designer, Live & Blended Learning Responsibilities:* * Develop and facilitate interactive virtual learning sessions and live experiences for diverse audiences. * Collaborate with stakeholders to redesign and optimize full-day leadership development programs. * Leverage digital platforms, including the Docebo Learning Management System, to deliver engaging learning content. * Support the creation of blended learning solutions that integrate digital and facilitated components. * Assist in pilot testing new virtual onboarding experiences and gathering feedback for continuous improvement. *Senior Learning Experience Designer, Live & Blended Learning Qualifications:* * Proven experience designing and delivering live or virtual learning experiences. * Strong familiarity with digital learning platforms, particularly Docebo LMS. * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. * Ability to create engaging, learner-centered content for digital and live environments. * Prior experience supporting leadership or large-scale onboarding programs preferred. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
