Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to support their Workforce Experience team. This is a long-term contract based remotely. *Senior Instructional Designer Responsibilities:*
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learner needs and define clear learning objectives aligned with program goals.
* Design and produce engaging, modality-appropriate educational content, including storyboards, interactive eLearning, assessments, and multimedia assets, adhering to adult learning principles.
* Develop complex adaptive learning modules utilizing authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, RISE, Captivate, or Evolve.
* Create and implement assessment strategies to evaluate learning effectiveness at multiple levels.
* Maintain accurate documentation and organize course materials to support quality assurance and version control.
*Senior Instructional Designer Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Education Technology, or a related field.
* Over three years of practical instructional design experience with a portfolio showcasing diverse learning solutions.
* More than two years of experience using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, RISE, Captivate, or Evolve.
* Deep understanding of instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, as well as design thinking methodologies.
* Strong grasp of adult learning theories, multimedia principles, and visual design standards.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor messaging for varied audiences.
* Proven multi-project management skills, effective prioritization, and meeting deadlines in dynamic, global settings.
* Adaptive, resilient, and client-focused approach with a track record of building trust and achieving results under pressure.
