Senior in-house Recruiter

• Source and screen candidates
  
• Interview candidates and assess suitability for three specialist roles
  
• Compile long-lists and shortlists
  
• Present shortlists to management
  
• Follow full in-house recruitment process
  
• Adhere to confidentiality 
  

Requirements

• 10 years experience from in-house or agency recruitment
  
• Experience from a consulting environment is an advantage
  
• Strong experience in sourcing, longlisting and presenting shortlists to management
  
• Highly familiar and confident using technology to source and engage candidates
  
• Strong interview skills
  
• Well organised and efficient
  
• Highly productive and output driven
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with candidates at senior levels
  
• Applicants must be available immediately to take on an eight-week assignment. 
  
• Must have own laptop and high speed internet and dedicated office
  
• Subscription/s to paid sourcing tools is an advantage.
