Summary
Curana Health's Marketing team is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to play a key role in the continued growth of our in-house creative function. This is a highly visible opportunity for a talented designer who enjoys both hands-on creative execution and the ability to influence how design operates within a fast-growing organization. In this role, you'll create compelling work across sales enablement, demand generation, resident communications, events, partner marketing, and more, while helping streamline design workflows and support the quality and consistency of work produced by our freelance design partners. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner closely with marketing leadership to bring Curana Health's brand to life across a wide range of marketing and business initiatives.
- Design and produce compelling creative assets across digital, print, presentation, and event channels, including sales enablement materials, demand generation campaigns, resident communications, partner marketing collateral, internal communications, and employer branding initiatives.
- Translate business goals and complex concepts into visually engaging, audience-focused designs that drive engagement and support organizational growth.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Growth, and Operations to develop creative solutions that support strategic initiatives and business objectives.
- Deliver high-quality creative work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
- Build, maintain, and optimize templates, design systems, and self-service creative tools that help scale design output across the organization.
- Partner with the Art Director on creative direction, campaign development, and brand execution for high-visibility projects.
- Help operationalize the design function by managing workflows, maintaining asset libraries, ensuring version control, and improving visibility into project status and creative throughput.
- Review and quality-control work produced by freelance designers, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to Curana Health brand standards.
- Champion brand excellence by applying, maintaining, and helping evolve visual identity guidelines across all marketing and communication touchpoints.
- Explore and implement AI-enabled design tools and emerging technologies to enhance creativity, efficiency, and improve scalability.
- Support brand training, creative resource development, and ongoing initiatives that strengthen Curana Health's market presence and organizational impact.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, personally produced creative work.
- Professional graphic design experience gained within an in-house marketing team, a creative agency environment, or a combination of both.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience designing compelling presentations in PowerPoint and creating polished business-facing materials and documents.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual storytelling, branding principles, and user-centered design.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and with various stakeholder groups.
- Experience applying and maintaining brand standards across multiple audiences, channels, and marketing initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong preference for candidates with healthcare, senior living, healthcare services, or other highly regulated industry experience.
- Experience creating marketing assets that support sales enablement, demand generation, customer engagement, events, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Proficiency with Figma, Canva, and other modern design and collaboration tools.
- Experience reviewing and providing constructive feedback on the work of freelance designers or creative partners.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and a passion for leveraging emerging technology to improve design workflows and efficiency.
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders within a growing, fast-paced organization.
