We are looking for a sharp, tech-forward Senior Game Producer to own fast-paced, non-traditional real-money games (crash, instant-win, virtual sports) from raw prototype to live launch. If you love taking titles 0→1, talk math and logic seamlessly with engineers, and leverage AI tools daily to move at lightning speed, this is your playground.

What You’ll Own

• Own 0-to-1 Delivery: Turn working prototypes into live, high-earning games across regulated and crypto operators.

• Design & Define: Build complete Game Design Documents (core loops, odds, UI, art/audio) and align with mathematicians on house edge, volatility, and simulations.

• Ship & Scale: Manage RNG certifications (GLI-19, BMM, eCOGRA), platform distribution, and post-launch live ops based on real GGR and margin data.

• Build with AI Daily: Use tools like Claude, Codex, and Gemini to accelerate specs, math modeling, and prototyping.

What Makes You a Fit

• 4+ Years in iGaming: Proven track record shipping live titles, with fluency in instant-win, virtual sports, or fixed-odds formats over traditional slots.

• Math & Tech Fluent: Able to dissect payout distributions, hold technical conversations on settlement logic, and spot broken economics instantly.

• AI-Native Operator: Active user of AI tools with specific daily workflows to share.

Bonus Points

• Experience with provably fair mechanics or crypto casino launches.

• Live certified titles in MGA, UKGC, Ontario, or Curaçao.

• Prior experience with aggregators (SoftSwiss, Hub88, Fusion).
