Overview

We're looking for a strategic, results-oriented Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our North America Financial Services business. This role is responsible for driving pipeline and revenue growth across priority accounts through integrated, account-based experiences aligned to sales strategy. 

As the marketing lead for the Financial Services segment in North America, you'll partner closely with Sales, Sales Development, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Partner and RevOps to develop and execute data-driven GTM plans that influence every stage of the customer journey. You'll combine market insights, account intelligence, and performance data to prioritize investments and optimize programs. 

Success in this role requires equal parts strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, manages multiple stakeholders with ease, has a strong understanding of complex sales motions, and a passion for connecting marketing investments to pipeline and revenue impact. 

Who you are:

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including experience marketing to Financial Services organizations in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment. Experience across Asset Management, Wealth Management, Banking, or Insurance is preferred 
  • Proven success developing strategies that generate pipeline and influence revenue in complex enterprise sales environments 
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership to develop joint go-to-market plans and drive business outcomes 
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing principles, buying group engagement and enterprise buying cycles 
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies  
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management and executive communication skills 
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance across the funnel 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment 

What you'll be doing:

Own Pipeline Strategy 

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the Financial Services segment, aligning investments to revenue and pipeline targets 
  • Translate business priorities into GTM initiatives that support customer expansion and new logo acquisition 
  • Assess market opportunities and recommend investment strategies based on business performance and market dynamics 

Execute ABX Programs & Events 

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success and RevOps to identify priority customers, buying groups and key opportunities, developing personalized programs and plays that support the customer buying journey 
  • Lead the planning and execution of strategic industry events, executive dinners and customer experiences, sales plays, content and campaigns 
  • Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Content and other marketing teams to deliver relevant messaging and campaigns for Financial Services audiences 

Lead Cross-Functional Execution 

  • Serve as the primary marketing partner for Financial Services North America GTM leadership and team 
  • Align marketing initiatives with sales priorities through business reviews, account planning and pipeline discussions 
  • Advise teams with Marketing (i.e. Corporate Events, Campaigns, etc.) on targeting and messaging strategy 
  • Bring together stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Partner teams to execute coordinated go-to-market programs 

 

Measurement and Performance Management 

  • Own reporting against sourced and influenced pipeline and bookings 
  • Track account engagement, pipeline progression, conversion metrics, and program effectiveness 
  • Partner with RevOps to identify pipeline gaps and develop strategies to improve conversion and sales velocity 
  • Manage marketing budgets and maximize investment efficiency

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.Seismic's annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant's location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment market data. The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range. Seismic's salary range for this position is: USD $100,000.00/Yr. - USD $153,000.00/Yr.This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic's incentive plans in addition to base salary. The actual incentive amount will very and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.
