About the role

We are looking for a strategic, high-velocity, and hyper-organized Senior Executive Assistant to serve as an operational force multiplier for our GTM Leadership team. This is not a traditional administrative position—it is a critical executive partnership designed to drive GTM leverage, optimize operational rhythms, and safeguard executive time in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.

The ideal candidate works with high autonomy, excels under pressure, and possesses the strategic intuition to anticipate needs, navigate competing priorities, and execute with precision. You will act as a trusted extension of GTM Leadership, engaging directly at the business level with thoughtfulness, discretion, a supreme bias towards action, and an unyielding commitment to team success.

You Will

  • Serve as a gatekeeper and calendar strategist for GTM Executives, prioritizing time based on pipeline goals, quarterly business metrics, and leadership bandwidth.

  • Proactively audit and advise executives on their time management, delegation, and organizational focus—staying 3–4 steps ahead of scheduling bottlenecks and cross-functional demands.

  • Partner with leadership to drive GTM operational rhythms—synthesizing agendas, building briefing materials, capturing key action items, and driving follow-through across direct reports.

  • Build strong, trusted relationships across the organization (Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product, Finance, and HR) to streamline communication and resolve cross-departmental scheduling friction.

  • Draft and refine high-impact executive communications, board meeting materials, and internal announcements matching the executive’s voice.

  • Professionally and discreetly handle sensitive business data, board discussions, organizational changes, and high-stakes customer/investor interactions.

  • Collaborate with other Sr. EAs, contributing to team standardization, shared workflows, and coverage strategies.

Qualifications

You Have

  • 5+ years of direct Executive Assistant or Executive Business Partner experience supporting VP or C-level leaders within a fast-paced, high-growth environment (Tech/SaaS preferred).

  • Proven track record of operating as a proactive strategic partner rather than a reactive task-executor.

  • Exceptional ability to manage competing high-stakes priorities with a high sense of urgency, poise, and detail orientation.

  • Advanced expertise in GSuite, Slack, Zoom, travel/expense platforms, and modern productivity tools.

  • Creative problem solving skills and take immense pride in your work, operate with absolute integrity, and hold yourself and your team to high standards.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
