About the Role

Do you enjoy opening doors, outsmarting competition, and turning prospects into long-term strategic customers? Are you ready to lead the transformation of public transport in Spain and build a career while doing it? You will own new business development and strategic account growth across Spain's public transport sector.


We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience selling ticketing, AFC systems, AVL, RTPI, Data Analytics or MaaS platforms.
  • Existing senior-level network within Spanish transport operators and authorities, across local and regional.
  • Familiarity with EMV open-loop payments, or account-based ticketing (ABT) solutions.
  • Knowledge of EU funding mechanisms relevant to transport digitalization.
  • Deep knowledge of Spain’s public transport ecosystem: operators, authorities, technology players, regulatory bodies, and key procurement channels.
  • Fluency in Spanish (native or bilingual) and professional proficiency in English.
  • Strong commercial acumen: ability to build business cases, structure pricing, and negotiate complex contractual terms.
  • Experience navigating long sales cycles and public procurement processes.
