They serve as a lean, high-impact extension of their partners' teams, moving beyond "cookie-cutter" solutions to build custom AI marketing infrastructure and high-performing retention systems.

Retention is the highest-leverage profit engine for modern eCommerce brands. We are looking for a Senior Retention Marketing Strategist to own the lifecycle and messaging strategy for a portfolio of high-growth brands. This is not a "task-execution" role; we are looking for a strategic thinker who can move the needle on Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and repeat purchase rates. You will be the architect behind high-converting email and SMS campaigns, sophisticated automation flows, and data-driven optimizations. If you are a master of direct-response copywriting, technical lifecycle strategy, and client communication, this is your opportunity to lead the retention function at a tech-forward, AI-enabled agency.
