About the Role
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to own and elevate our outbound marketing engine. You'll bridge the gap between heavy-duty data prospecting and high-converting email marketing, building pipelines, managing data health, and optimizing deliverability to ensure our message lands in the right inboxes.
If you're a technical marketer who thrives on owning the entire lifecycle of a cold campaign, from raw list scraping to inbox warm-ups and lead nurturing, this role is for you.
Core Responsibilities
Campaign Management and Execution
Design, build, and deploy end-to-end cold and warm email marketing campaigns, including automated sequences and drip workflows that move prospects through the funnel.
Monitor and optimize daily email deliverability, covering inbox warm-ups, domain health, and spam mitigation.
Prospecting and Data Sourcing
Build, clean, and segment high-quality B2B prospect lists using advanced scraping methodologies.
Validate and verify lead data to maintain low bounce rates and maximize campaign ROI.Identify and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) using deep search filters and intent data across sourcing platforms.
Systems Integration and Automation
Manage and sync data flows across the marketing tech stack to maintain a single source of truth for all leads.
Build and troubleshoot workflow automations that connect lead capture sources directly to the sales pipeline.
Create and maintain documentation for marketing systems, processes, and tech stack setups.
Candidate Qualifications
Must-Haves
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
4+ years of dedicated experience running B2B lead generation and email marketing campaigns.
Proven mastery of lead sourcing and scraping platforms such as Apollo, , and similar tools.
Advanced, hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, including Zoho Campaigns, GoHighLevel (GHL), and Mailchimp, as well as automated email warm-up tools.
Deep knowledge of technical email infrastructure, including domain setups, tracking pixels, and deliverability best practices.
Experience building operational workflows and integrations using Zapier or similar automation platforms.
Good to Haves
Experience managing data hygiene and pipeline workflows within Zoho CRM.
Familiarity with basic cloud environments and light technical IT troubleshooting.
