Your tasks

  • Lead the strategic build-up and expansion of Kardex Mlog’s business in the USA
  • Drive market entry, revenue growth, and overall business performance
  • Define and execute the sales and business development strategy
  • Develop and manage key customer and strategic partner relationships
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing US organization
  • Oversee complex customer projects and commercial negotiations
  • Foster collaboration across the global Kardex organization
  • Represent Kardex Mlog in the market and with executive stakeholders
  • Report directly to senior leadership and contribute to global business strategy

Your profile

  • Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business, or a comparable qualification
  •  5+ years of leadership experience in intralogistics, automation, or a related industry
  • Strong industry network and proven track record in business development and complex sales
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth and closing strategic customer projects
  • Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindset
  • Strong customer focus, negotiation skills, and executive stakeholder management capabilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Willing to travel internationally
